Registration
Please plan to have your team members register through the appropriate links below by 📆 Oct 18. There is no real deadline for registering passes, but we recommend doing so as soon as possible as paid passes are likely to sell out a couple weeks before the event. Complimentary sponsor and speaker pass registrations, however, will continue to be accepted.
IMPORTANT
👭 Registering on behalf of another person: If you are registering on behalf of another person, be sure to check the "I'm registering on behalf of this person" box during the registration process to ensure that both you and the other person receive a confirmation of their registration. If you encounter any technical issues registering multiple people at the same time, please switch to incognito mode in Google Chrome.
❤️🩹 Health and Safety: Please note you are no longer required to provide proof of a COVID-19 vaccination or proof of a negative COVID-19 test upon arriving on-site at the event. Free COVID tests will be available at registration for anyone who has cold or flu symptoms or believes they may have been exposed to COVID. If you do test positive, please follow the CDC isolation guidelines.
ℹ️ Sharing Attendee Information with Sponsors: Per our privacy policies, Trellis is only able to share attendee job titles, company names and industries with sponsors (unless it’s in relation to a VIP meal, sponsored meal or sponsored breakout for which attendees agree to share their personal information). Any team member can view the registration list at any time by requesting access via this link. If you would like to contact attendees in advance of the event, you are welcome to do so through our networking app, Whova, which will be available on the VERGE 24 website (under the More tab) about one month before the event. Please note that attendee information cannot be purchased by Trellis or a third-party and if you receive such an offer, it is likely a scam.
Sponsor All-Access Passes
Please use this link to register your complimentary Sponsor All-Access passes (exact number noted in your contract and sponsor kick-off email). Exhibiting sponsors get 2 additional Sponsor All-Access passes to register exhibitor staff with. Team members and vendors that are solely onsite to set-up/close-down your booth do not need to be registered.
Any of your team members can register with these passes. You are also welcome to give some of these passes to your customers and partners if desired. You can see a full list of All-Access pass benefits here.
CEBA members should register with Sponsor + CEBA All-Access passes instead at this link to get access to CEBA-only sessions during the event.
CEBA members are also allotted additional Attendee + CEBA All-Access passes directly from CEBA. Please register those passes here. Contact smihalecz@cebuyers.org to confirm your number of Attendee + CEBA All-Access passes.
For the "Registration Type" field please select "Sponsor" for registering your Sponsor All-Access passes.

Group Passes
If your company has purchased a Group Package, you have unlimited Group passes to be used by your team members who are practitioners, integrators and end-users (not those in sales or business development roles). Please register these team members via the special link and code provided by your customer success manager in your sponsorship kick-off email. We encourage you to use the email template in the Group Passes Doc (shared by your customer success manager) to share these passes with your team. Note these passes do not provide meals. IMPORTANT: We’re happy to help you spread the word about your Group Package purchase to your employees already subscribed to Trellis updates. If you would prefer we do not send reminders to your team members, please inform your customer success manager by 📆 Oct 4.
Speaker All-Access Passes
Speakers (including keynote, regular breakout, sponsored breakout and sponsored meal speakers) should register with a complimentary Speaker All-Access pass. Please use this link to register these passes. Speaker all-access passes are SEPARATE from and IN ADDITION to sponsor all-access passes. If you have questions on your keynote or regular breakout registrations, please contact jessica@greenbiz.com. If you have questions on your sponsored breakout or sponsored meal registrations, please contact your customer success manager.
CEBA members should register with Speaker + CEBA All-Access passes instead at this link to get access to CEBA-only sessions during the event.
Additional Passes
If you have additional team members that would like to attend the event, and you have already used your complimentary Sponsor All-Access passes, they can purchase additional passes at this link and use your sponsor discount code VSPNSR24 for 10% off. You can also share this link and code with any customers and partners you'd like to join you at the event. There is no limit on how many times this code can be used.
